"As a first time homebuyer (via a real estate agent), I walked into the home buying process not knowing what to expect. My situation was very unique because I was wanting to buy a house that had a reverse mortgage on it. I can honestly say that since day 1 of dealing with Arnold the process was an absolute breeze. All of my questions were answered directly and promptly and his expertise in the field was a breath of fresh air. Arnold was always straight forward and forthcoming with only the facts and went above and beyond with certain recommendations that were extremely helpful. My interactions were always directly with him so there was no running around and waiting for answers. All of my business was handled promptly and in a very professional manner. He personally made the entire process stress free and I am very comfortable knowing that my interests were in his hands. In the end, and as if he hadn't done enough for me already, Arnold opted to not charge me for some of the services that he provided. I knew that they were fees that anyone else would have surely charged me for but he simply said, "don't worry about it. You don't owe me a thing. Maybe you can buy me a soda one day if you ever run into me around town." I was at a loss for words because prior to this Arnold had never even met me so I was totally blown away by his kindness and generosity.I just about never leave reviews but I knew that this was the one time that a review was absolutely necessary. If you are looking to buy or sell a home I would not look any further than with Arnold Celis. Thank you Sir for your expertise, kindness, and generosity. Everything that you have done for my family and I is greatly appreciated. I will surely pay it forward but I hope that it all comes back at you ten fold. "Finding a home was so easy with the help of Arnold Celis. My husband and I were looking for our very first home and Arnold provided us with so much information. He made sure he provided his input on the homes we viewed and would be honest and upfront about them. Arnold made us aware if we needed to communicate with him it could be at any time day or night. "This guy is a beast! tell him what you want and need, he will find the house, and if he thinks its not a good fit for your family, he wont allow your time to be wasted. Always answered texts, calls, emails. Top shelf all the way, I will make sure all my friends and family use him only. He also got us in our home a week early, so give this beast a shot and let him find your next forever home."

"Amazing! When we met Arnold, we were looking at a house that did not fit our needs at all. He simply started listening as we explained what was important to us in a home. He then showed us a house not even on the market yet but fit all the requirements we were asking. And we fell in love. He was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He was very understanding and extremely patient with us even when we had to switch lenders because the lender we had was giving us the run around. After going with a local lender,which he recommended, we closed in 11 days. He made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns very well in a very timely manner. He was always a phone call away. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for home. "Arnold Celis helped us find the PERFECT home and we signed the contract quickly and efficiently. As out of state buyers and not knowing the area at all, he gave us great advice. Even after closing he is still helping with logistics finding help in the city for minor home repairs. I think he will be a friend for life. He was fun to talk to on a personal basis too and was very professional in all aspects of the buying and closing. He recommended a great loan agent who he works well with. "Working with Arnold throughout our homebuying process was absolutely wonderful. He's honest and truthful about the market and really helps you understand what is going on.At all times, Arnold was available to answer questions we had or to put bids on houses for us. With the way the housing market is throughout the country right now we were thankful that it only took about a month of house-hunting with Arnold to find a house we not only love but were able to purchase.To say Arnold works hard for his clients is an understatement. "Arnold definitely demostrated a customer-centric approach that I honestly really appreciated. Communication is key for me and Arnold made it a priority to stay in contact with us throughout the entire process. With our growing family we were in the market for a home that would provide the space and price to accommodate us.
